Airline ticket rules and conditions

• return ticket
• the passport must be valid for 6 months from your date of return (depending on the country of destination, these conditions may vary)
• visas - entry and transit - obtaining and informing is the responsibility of the passenger
• health documentation - obtaining and informing is the responsibility of the passenger. The conditions of the country you are travelling to and through which you are transiting must be met.

Optional:

• seat reservation - on request
• special meal - on request

• the surname and first name in the passport must be written identically in the airline ticket. Don't worry about the letters ČĆĐŠŽ = CCDSZ, the system accepts only the alphabet.
• the passenger is obliged to inform the agency by e-mail [email protected] latest until 19:00h on the day when the e-mail was sent to you if the data in the airline ticket is incorrect (name, surname, date, time of flight, destination)
• if you do not use the outgoing part of the ticket, the return part becomes invalid
• changes and refunds of restrictive tickets are not possible. Other tickets are subject to change according to the terms of the tariff - ask us for more information.
• in case of cancellation of the passenger's trip, the applicable regulations of the airline are applied
• by connecting separate airline tickets for one trip, you bear the risk of delays in transit and possible changes in the flight schedule, and if you do not arrive on the next flight, the airlines and the Avio Biletarnica agency bear no responsibility.

• you are obliged to arrive on time for check-in. The check-in desk at the airport opens from 2 to 3 hours before the flight and closes about 1 hour before the flight (it can vary depending on the airline's rules). Due to complex procedures and long queues at passport and customs control, we recommend that you arrive at the check-in counter no later than 1 hour before the flight in Belgrade and 2 hours before the flight at other airports.
• if you do not arrive at the check-in desk on time, depending on the fare rules, your airline ticket becomes invalid and you will have to buy a new airline ticket to continue your journey.

• the allowed amount of luggage depends on the selected tariff and is shown on your ticket, for more information contact our agent
• 1 PC = 1 piece up to 23kg / 20K = 1 piece up to 20kg / 30K = 1 piece up to 30kg
• 0 PC = you have no right to large luggage, but only to hand luggage up to 8 kg
• with most airlines, it is assumed that you have hand luggage up to 8 kg. Rules can vary depending on the airline you are flying with. Ask us for details.
• you can pay extra for extra baggage at our agency or at the airline
• baggage must not exceed the maximum permitted dimensions prescribed by the airline you are travelling with, ask us for details
• prohibited items must not be found in luggage (for more details, contact the airline)
• you should pack your luggage yourself because you are responsible for its contents
